Each order is prepared, packaged, and dispatched with care and deliberation.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Please note that certain courier services are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Order Tracking

Customs & Import Duties

• EU customers: No additional customs fees apply.
• Non-EU customers: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

All fragrances are packaged with care to ensure safe transit.

• Protective materials are used to secure glass bottles
• Packaging is discreet, with no indication of contents on the exterior

Delivery Issues

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Damaged Packages

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery.
If damage is visible, please document it with photographs and contact us immediately at office@ancoatelier.com.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
Orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer cannot be redirected once dispatched.
Address changes may be possible only if requested before shipment.
